New Boundary Technologies Releases Prism Suite® 19.0 with Refreshed Console Interface, Easier Dynamic Configuration Groups, and Core Reliability Enhancements
Latest release modernizes the Prism administrator experience while strengthening the long-trusted endpoint management platform
Roseville, Minnesota – June 29, 2026 – New Boundary Technologies®, a leading provider of endpoint management, IT automation, Green IT, IoT, and AI solutions, today announced the release of Prism Suite® 19.0, the latest version of its proven solution for software deployment, PC configuration management, and endpoint administration.
Award-winning Prism Suite has been trusted by IT administrators for decades for reliable, targeted software deployments and automated endpoint management across distributed Windows environments. Version 19.0 continues that tradition with a refreshed Prism Console user interface, easier creation of user-defined dynamic configuration groups, and important enhancements that improve day-to-day administrative reliability.
“Prism has earned its reputation by helping IT teams deploy software and manage Windows PCs with precision, reliability, and minimal overhead,” said Kim Pearson, CEO and founder of New Boundary Technologies. “With Prism Suite 19.0, we are making the administrator experience more modern, more efficient, and easier to use.”
Key Enhacements in Prism Suite 19.0
Prism Suite 19.0 includes several enhancements designed to improve usability, reliability, and maintainability:
- Refreshed Prism Console User Interface – The Prism Console has been updated with modern user-interface libraries, refreshed colors, and updated fonts for a cleaner, more current look and feel. Core functionality remains familiar to existing Prism administrators.
- Easier User-defined Dynamic Configuration Groups – Prism has long supported user-defined configuration groups that behave like predefined groups. Version 19.0 makes this capability easier to use by adding a new option in the User Configuration Group dialogs for nearly all configuration rule types. Administrators can now create dynamic targeting rules more directly using the new “Predefined” option in the rule logic list.
- Improved Task Reinstall Behavior After Package Uninstall – Previous versions could leave a reinstalled package task in a “pending” state after an uninstall, requiring administrators to delete prior task assignments and create a new install task. Prism Suite 19.0 removes this restriction, allowing administrators to uninstall and reinstall package tasks more smoothly.
- Improved Handling of Environment Variables in Package .ini Files – Prism Suite 19.0 preserves environment variable references in installed .ini files when those references are included in packages, helping administrators maintain the intended configuration state without unintended local substitution.
- Updated Development Tools and Libraries – Prism Suite 19.0 has been built using updated software development tools, programming languages, and libraries. These internal updates help strengthen security, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
